Spencer Jones has a passion for land use and water law which he is able to provide as an asset to the government and private sectors of which he associates with. He has a wide variety of land development experience including (but not limited to) custom and resort homes, residential subdivisions and commercial parks. His commercial construction experience consists of office, religious, educational, higher education, lodging, hospitality, and retail.
Spencer Jones graduated with a B.S. degree with honors in Construction Management at Utah Valley University. He also has a National Development Council-Economic Development Certification in Colorado and Utah. HE went to Strignham Real Estate School. Spencer is very hands-on; he has a great knowledge of the construction trades. He ha s also developed expertise in Contract, Land Use and Water Law.
